Faith and Finance Were Never Meant to Be Separate
The 153 is P8's flagship — named after the miraculous catch in John 21, where one act of obedience produced a net-breaking, 153-fish harvest. It teaches Bible and business together, because God is not opposed to abundance; He is opposed to misalignment.
Most programs stop at education. The 153 keeps going — from classroom, to capital, to the field. Over four weeks we teach the Word and the work; then we help members access real capital and deploy it alongside P8 into mission-driven real estate.
The Significance of the Number
After fishing all night and catching nothing, the disciples obeyed Jesus' one instruction — and the net came up with exactly 153 large fish. Not 150. Not "about" 153. God counts precisely.
Jesus didn't give them a business plan. He gave them one directive: "Cast your net on the right side." One act of obedience, aligned with God's timing, produced supernatural results.
"Although there were so many, the net was not torn." When God is in it, He provides the capacity to hold what He sends. Your job is to build the net — He fills it.

Four weeks in the classroom, one live session per week. Two tracks — Bible and business — run together, because you can't separate stewardship from skill. This is where we feed the sheep.

Qualify & Access
By the end of four weeks, members understand what bank capital is, how lines of credit work, and what it takes to qualify. P8 helps position them to access real capacity — not theory.
The training prepares them for this step.
Deploy — With P8 Alongside
Graduates move into a Leverage To Wealth product and deploy their capital — with P8 walking alongside them. No one is handed capital and left alone. This is where training becomes real deployment.

Multiply — Mission-Driven Real Estate
Graduates are brought into mission-driven real estate projects — Kingdom projects P8 is building. Their capital, P8's projects, God's mission — all moving together. This is the great catch.
